The role is open to Poland-based candidates only.
One of the few Ukrainian companies that successfully implement both the development of games and runs professional marketing programs in order to distribute their products in the western market. They’re a developer of unique casual games for mobile platforms and social networks that occupy top positions on Apple App Store, Google Play, and Facebook. Fans of their games live mostly in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
Looking for a Mid and Senior Game Designer to join their friendly team.


    • Designing in-game economy, features, mechanics, game logics
    • Preparation of design documentation (GDD)
    • Closely cooperation with designers and artists, developers, animators, tech writers
    • Analysis of functional launch results, key metrics, the formation of conclusions and improvement plans
    • Identification of game problems and implementation of solution scenarios
    • Analyzing the evolution of defined metrics to identify both monetization bottlenecks and facilitators.
    • Suggesting game design improvements or enhancing the customer experience
    • Search and generation of ideas to improve the product
    • Tracking game trends
    • Mobile games market researching


    • Experience in the position of a game designer for 2 years
    • Understanding of the development cycle and key product metrics
    • Ability to formulate the expectation of product changes and further analysis of the results
    • Experience in designing in-game economics and the formation of game design documents
    • Strong analytical and formal thinking, able to break problems down into their key variables and identify the relations between them
    • Experience in balancing virtual products – identifying needs, relationships, life-cycle, and streams of availability
    • Experience in creating looped user journeys (understanding how to build needs and emotions in the context of a game)
    • Solid Game Designer with proven expertise/knowledge of game mechanics, level design, game balancing, UI/UX, successful game business models, monetization psychology and strategy, game reward systems, retention strategy
    • Confident user of MS Excel, basic knowledge of Unity 3D
    • Knowledge of English Intermediate and higher

    • A portfolio of active games
