Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Senior Producer to join our team on-site in Katowice or remotely from anywhere in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Project management with Lean or Agile methodologies – depending on the project
- Facilitating the entire production process
- On-time and on-budget delivery in the parameters and powers given by the Studio Head
- Maintaining transparency about project status and context to the team, executives and Production Head
- Building team processes and iteratively improving them
- Building roadmaps and MS plans with the help of Executive Producer
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of game industry experience on a similar position (producer, team leader, scrum master etc.)
- Minimum 2 credited commercially released Triple-I/AA title
- Good knowledge of the gaming market
- Knowledge and skills to work independently, manage the team and teach others
- Ability to organize, modernize and lead any production meetings
- Ability to clearly communicate project problems and increase the transparency of the project
- Good understanding of the Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of Atlassian and Office 365
- Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
- Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level)
